The Kosmos-Schule is a new founding of the Berlin school construction programme and is growing year by year. It shares the address Allee der Kosmonauten 20 with the equally new 12. Gymnasium Lichtenberg. The 62 first-choice applications of 2024/25, the first recorded year, fall into the build-up phase; from 2025/26 the admission figures are meaningful. Its gymnasiale Oberstufe is being built up.
Kosmos-Schule is a public Integrated Secondary School (ISS) in Lichtenberg. In the 2024/25 school year, 227 students attended the school. English is the first foreign language; French and Spanish are also taught. The full-day program is optional, so the afternoon is an offer that families book.
